Is the advisory service really free?

Yes. Sending us your project and getting a proposal package back costs nothing, and there is no obligation to buy. You only pay if you decide to order the art.

Can you match a specific style from my reference images?

In most cases, yes. Because we are a supplier and not a single artist, we can produce work in a wide range of styles and techniques, or find close matches in the paintings we already hold. Send the references and we will tell you honestly how close we can get.

Do you offer trade or volume pricing?

Yes. Project pricing improves with quantity, with better rates starting at roughly five pieces or more. We confirm exact numbers inside your proposal, based on size, medium, and the total order.

What do you need from me to start?

Floor plans or elevations, any 3D renders, reference images of the look you want, your budget range, and your deadline. The more you send, the closer our first proposal will be.

How fast can you turn around a proposal?

Usually within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your project. Rush timelines are possible, so tell us the deadline up front and we will say what is realistic.

Are these prints or originals?

Originals. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind painting, signed by the artist, with a Certificate of Authenticity. We do not sell prints or reproductions.

Can you ship to a jobsite or a client address?

Yes. We ship insured across Canada and the United States, to your studio, the client, or the site, whichever the project needs.

What if a piece is wrong when it arrives?

Live with it for 14 days. If it is not right, send it back for a full refund and we cover the return shipping. Our Lifetime Trade-Back also lets you return any piece in good condition, any time, for store credit.
