At VanArtHub, each artwork is handmade and customized with care. As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns after the order has been placed and approved.

βœ… However, we do accept returns in the following cases:
– Damaged upon arrival Β 
– Lost during shipping Β 
– Incorrect item received

If any of these apply, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** at vanarthub2024@gmail.com, including photos and your order number. Β 
We will offer a **refund, replacement, or store credit** depending on the case.

– Custom-approved artwork Β 
– Delays caused by shipping carriers Β 
– Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
