🎨 Refund & Return Policy

At VanArtHub, each artwork is handmade and customized with care. As our products are made-to-order, we do not accept general returns after the order has been placed and approved.

✅ However, we do accept returns in the following cases:
– Damaged upon arrival  
– Lost during shipping  
– Incorrect item received

If any of these apply, please contact us within **3 days of delivery** at vanarthub2024@gmail.com, including photos and your order number.  
We will offer a **refund, replacement, or store credit** depending on the case.

❌ Returns are not accepted for:
– Change of mind  
– Custom-approved artwork  
– Delays caused by shipping carriers  
– Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

📦 If a return is approved, the return window is **14 days** from delivery. Return shipping is free.

💳 Refunds are processed to the original payment method within **5–10 business days** after approval.
