How does the 30-day trial work?
Order the painting and we deliver it, fully insured. Hang it in your home. If it is not right within 30 days, tell us and we send you a prepaid, insured return label. Once it is back with us in good condition, you get 100% of your money back.
What is the Lifetime Trade-Back?
Even after the 30 days, if you ever want a change, you can return any painting you bought from us, in good condition, at any time. We give you store credit for what you paid, to use toward your next piece. It is our way of letting your collection grow with your taste.
Do I get cash back after the 30 days?
The 30-day trial is a full cash refund. After 30 days, returns move to the Lifetime Trade-Back, which gives you store credit rather than cash. This keeps the promise fair for the artists we work with, who are paid when a piece sells.
What condition does the painting need to be in?
It must come back as an original, undamaged piece with its Certificate of Authenticity. Normal wall hanging is fine. We cannot accept paintings with cuts, tears, water marks, heavy scratches, or other serious damage.
Who pays for return shipping?
For the 30-day trial, we pay the return shipping. We send you a prepaid, insured label. Please pack the painting in its original materials so it travels safely.
Is the art really original?
Yes. Every piece is an original artwork, hand-signed by the artist, and it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. We do not sell prints or copies.
