Step 1: Pick your pieces
Start by telling us the space and the feeling you want. A calm bedroom, a bold reception wall, a warm dining room. You can browse our collections yourself or let us bring options to you. Because these are real paintings that exist in our Vancouver studio today, you are choosing from work you can have soon, not waiting on something to be made.

Step 2: Agree the terms
Once you know the pieces, we set the terms. That covers the length of the hire, the rate, and how care and insurance work while the art is with you. Everything is written down so there are no surprises. This is also where we talk about the rent-to-own option if you think you might want to keep a piece later.

Step 3: We deliver and install
In the Vancouver area we bring the work to you, hang it, and position it. You do not carry canvases or drill walls. We make sure each piece sits at the right height and place for the room. When we leave, the space is done.
Step 4: Live with the art for your hire period
The work is yours to enjoy for the length of the hire. Whether that is a weekend for an event, a listing period for a staged home, or a rolling arrangement for an office, the art stays put and does its job. If your needs change partway through, talk to us. Rentals can often flex, and pieces can sometimes be swapped.
Step 5: We collect, or you buy
When the hire ends, one of two things happens. We come and collect the work, and you are done, with nothing to store or ship. Or you decide to keep a piece. Many of our rentals can convert to a purchase, and with rent-to-own the payments you already made count toward the price. Either way, the choice is yours at the end, not locked in at the start.
Every painting we sell is original and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, so if you buy the piece you were renting, you get the same paperwork as any purchase.
